This recipe for Cinnamon Roll Waffles is the probably the most complicated recipe I will ever post….just kidding! Seriously, these are one of the easiest things you will ever make……no cooking skills required! They have become a staple in our house, not just for breakfast. Definitely a game changer! You’re going to absolutely love them!
Cinnamon Roll Waffles

INGREDIENTS:
Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls
Waffle Iron
Yep, seriously that’s all you need!
DIRECTIONS:
Heat the waffle iron
Pop open the cinnamon rolls
Remove the icing
Place 1 or more cinnamon rolls on the waffle iron, close and heat
Cook 2-4 minutes until light brown
While the “waffles” are cooking remove the metal lid from the icing and place in the microwave
Heat icing for 8-12 seconds until warm and runny
Remove waffles from the iron and drizzle with the warmed icing
Make sure you get enough icing to fill all those glorious waffle ditches
Serve warm and gooey!
TIPS:
- Make extra icing and drown these babies!
- Skip the icing, top with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar…….or do all of the above!
- Drop a scoop of peanut butter on top of the warm waffle and let it melt in the ditches
- Top with butter and syrup

Trust me, you’re going to love these! Only 2 ingredients/supplies and less than 5 minutes to make. How is this not a Breakfast of Champions?
Bonus……no mess! I mean really, how often do you “clean” your waffle iron. Did you see mine? A good wipe down while it’s warm and its ready for tomorrow’s batch.
